Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using this website, taking the AI Reality Check, joining our lists, or purchasing our programs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering an engagement governed by a signed services or training agreement, that agreement controls for the engagement; these Terms cover the website and self-serve programs.

2. Who we are

The SaaSy Business is operated by LIV Global Holdings LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company.

3. What this site offers

Educational content, assessments including the AI Reality Check, email programs, paid digital programs and memberships, and application pathways to advisory services. Program descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are stated at the point of purchase and may change for future buyers; changes never reduce what an existing purchase already includes, and founding pricing locked at purchase stays locked.

4. Accounts and access

Some purchases include access to member areas or the Workroom application. You are responsible for keeping your login private, access is for you (or the seats your order includes) and may not be shared or resold, and we may suspend access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

5. Purchases, billing, and refunds

Prices are in US dollars. Recurring memberships bill on the stated cycle until cancelled, and cancellation stops future billing without refunding the current period except as stated in our Refund and Guarantee Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and controls all refund questions.

6. Intellectual property

Everything on this site and inside our programs, including the Business Brain methodology, frameworks, templates, skills, curricula, recordings, and brand assets, belongs to LIV Global Holdings LLC. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use program materials in your own business. Where a program expressly includes a commercial license (such as the SaaSy Society commercial license), the scope of that license is stated in the program and permits use of the licensed frameworks with your own clients; it never permits resale, republication, or teaching our programs as your own.

7. Acceptable use

You will not scrape the site, misuse assessments, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the Workroom, upload unlawful content, or use our materials to build competing programs. We may refuse or revoke service to protect our systems, our clients, or our team.

8. Educational disclaimer and results

Our content and programs are educational and advisory. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or compliance advice. We show real engagements and real numbers, and we still cannot promise your results: outcomes depend on your business, your implementation, and your follow-through. AI tools produce probabilistic output; you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything AI-generated before you rely on it.

9. Third-party tools

Programs may involve third-party platforms and AI services governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, or policy changes, though we will always tell you straight when one affects what you bought.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The site and programs are provided as-is to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a self-serve program is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Disputes go first to good-faith resolution: email [support email] and give us 30 days to make it right. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration seated in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on an individual basis; no class actions. Small-claims matters may be brought in small-claims court instead.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above tells you the current version. Continued use after changes is acceptance. Material changes to a program you have purchased will be communicated by email.
