What a session looks like

No two weeks are the same, because the work is not the same.

Some weeks we show a system that is finished and running. Some weeks we walk through a decision we are still figuring out. Some weeks we open something that is half built and explain why it is taking longer than we thought. Some weeks it is a conversation about what changed in the last seven days and what it means for a business.

What stays the same is that you are looking at the real thing at whatever stage it is actually in.
