Privacy Policy
The SaaSy Business
The SaaSy Business is operated by LIV Global Holdings LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. The short version: we collect what we need to deliver what you asked for, we do not sell your data, and the anonymity promise on our team surveys is structural, not decorative.
1. What we collect and why
The AI Reality Check. When you take the Reality Check, we collect your name, email, your answers, and, on the company track, your company details. We use these to score your results, deliver your PDF, and follow up with your next step. Your score and answers also help us understand our audience in aggregate.
The Front Row and email lists. When you save a seat, we collect your name and email to send you what we promised: builds, lessons, and first access. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works the first time.
Purchases. When you buy a program or book an engagement, we collect your name, email, billing details, and order information. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
The Workroom. If you are provisioned into our client application, we collect your account email and the business information you or your team enter. Client workspace content belongs to the client and is used only to deliver the services.
The AI Team Readiness survey. This one gets its own paragraph because we built it differently. Individual survey responses are stored with the department only. The roster that tracks who has completed the survey is kept structurally separate from the response data, and the two cannot be joined. Results are only shown for a department once at least five responses exist. Your employer sees patterns, never your answers.
Automatic collection. Like most websites we collect device type, browser, pages visited, and referring source through cookies and similar technologies, used for site function and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings; the site works without non-essential ones.
2. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use client workspace content or survey responses to market to you. We do not make automated decisions about you with legal effect.
3. AI processing
Some features, including the Reality Check scoring and Workroom onboarding, use AI services to process the information you provide. That processing happens through business-grade AI accounts under terms that do not permit the provider to train its models on your data.
4. Who we share data with
Only the service providers required to run the business: website and application hosting, customer relationship and email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, analytics, and AI processing as described above. Each processes your data only on our instructions. We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, and if the company is ever sold, your data transfers under this same policy.
5. Retention
We keep data as long as needed for the purpose you gave it: list data until you unsubscribe, purchase records as long as tax and accounting law requires, client workspace data per the client agreement, and Reality Check results for 24 months unless you engage further. You can shortcut all of this by asking us to delete your data.
6. Your rights
Email us at [privacy email] to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional statutory rights, and we honor requests under those laws. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of them.
7. Security
Access-controlled systems, least-privilege access on our side, encrypted transmission, and the structural separations described above. No system is perfect; if an incident ever affects your data, we will tell you quickly and plainly.
8. Children
Our site and services are for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes and contact
We will post changes here with a new effective date, and material changes get an email if we have your address. Questions: [privacy email], LIV Global Holdings LLC, [registered address], Puerto Rico.
